Holiday Helpers Sweepstakes
Binding Agreement – By participating in the Sweepstakes, you are bound to these Terms and Conditions and indicate your agreement to them. All TruNorthern Federal Credit Union’s decisions are final and binding. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administrated by Holiday Helpers of Franklin County.
Privacy – The personal information collected, processed, and used as part of the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the credit union’s Privacy Policy, which is available by link on the credit union’s website, located at https://www.trunorthernfcu.org/privacy.php
Eligibility – Eligibility is for those who donate items to Holiday Helpers of Franklin County at the TruNorthern Federal Credit Union drop station, at the Malone branch, and complete the entry form with TruNorthern staff. Must be eighteen years of age or older at time of entry to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant. Employees of TruNorthern, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, volunteers, agencies, and their immediate family (including but not limited to spouse, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, and grandchildren) are not eligible for the Sweepstakes.
Prize – One entrant will be chosen by random draw to receive a Wal-Mart Gift card valued at $50. Terms and Conditions may apply. Unforeseen expenses and all other costs which are not listed as part of the prize in the Terms and Conditions and may be associated with the award, acceptance, and use of any portion of the prize are solely the responsibility of the recipient of the prize. All Federal, State, and Local taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the recipient.
Odds – Each person(s) who meets the prize eligibility requirements will have equal opportunity to win the Giveaway. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries.
Additional Limitations – Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any topographical or other errors in the offer of administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: errors of an printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection or announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by the sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the Sweepstakes without notice for any reason, including without limitation to the sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability – By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless sponsor and its patrons, affiliates, and subsidiary companies, advertising, and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses, or injury resulting from whole or in-part, directly or indirectly from entrants participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptable use of misuse of any prize that may be won. Sponsor and its parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies so not make any warranties, expressed, or implies, as to the condition, fitness, or merchantability of the prize.
