TruPay – The way to pay!
Pay your TruNorthern loans easily and view loan balances at your convenience with TruPay! Call our branches, or access TruPay on our website below the Online Banking button. The process is easy – simply sign up online and start paying your loans day or night with a debit card!
TruPay can be used to pay the following loan types:
- Auto loans
- Recreational loans
- Other collateral (tractors/equipment, etc.)
- HELOCs
- Home Equity Loans
- Mortgage Loans
- Signature Loans
- Overdraft Line of Protection

during business hours and we’ll be happy to assist! Debit card payments are
charged with a $7.95 convenience fee per transaction. Credit card payments will
not be processed, as the system does not recognize them as a proper form of payment.
Skip-a-Payment
There are times in our lives where money gets tight, and we may not have the funds to pay all our bills. That’s why your hometown credit union offers Skip-a-Payment on our lending products to help ease our member’s financial burdens. Skip-a-Payment can be used once every twelve months, and up to three times during the term of the loan. Members dictate which month works best for them to skip, putting financial freedom in the hands of the member. Members looking to skip a month on multiple loans must request to Skip-a-Payment on each loan.
What payments do not qualify?
- Mortgage and Home Equity Loans
- Certificate/Share Secured Loans
- Delinquent or negative deposit account balances
- Loans presently in a modified or extension status that have been recently modified or extended
- Accounts with unpaid fees
- Loans open less than 6 months (6 payments must have been made)
- Visa credit cards
On qualifying loans, interest will still continue to accrue during the waived payment period which will result in the term of that loan being extended. There is a processing fee of $40.00 for each loan payment members choose to skip.
